Luke and Priscilla are the Lead Pastors at Heart City Church in Bibra Lake. They have been blessed with Twin boys, Joshua, Samuel (17) and a third son, Jimmy (15). They have a wonderful heritage in the faith, both having parents who are pastors.

Luke has a strong desire to encourage the saints on their discipleship journey and to raise up a generation of whole- hearted disciples of Jesus.

Luke has served in full time pastoral ministry for the last 15 years, with a strong emphasis on reaching the community with the Love of Jesus.

When Luke is not involved in ministry, you will find him either surfing, hiking or fishing, enjoying nature and the great outdoors.

Sandra and I have been married for 47 years and in fulltime ministry for 38 years. We have three children and nine grand children. We moved to Australia from South Africa in 1997 after we were called to Christian City International church at which I served as senior pastor.

In 2006 we amalgamated with Freedom Christian Church together with Eddie and Marguerite Skinner, we renamed our church, Heart City Church, and I continued as senior pastor until 2020. At this time, I handed the baton over to my son, Luke and his wife Priscilla who are the current lead Elders of our church.

I am now semi-retired, but we still serve in the church as associate pastors and are still passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God come in Cockburn and at Heart City Church.

Eddie has been faithfully married to his wife Marguerite for more than 40 years.

In 1992 they both graduated with a diploma in theological studies after attending a two-year course at Rhema Bible College in Perth.

They both worked for Coles Supermarkets in a managerial position, Eddie was a highly respected Store Manager for more than 20 years.

Eddie is the Company Secretary and has been on the Board of Directors since 2004.

Eddie is passionate about seeing people reach maturity in Christ.
